To register and maintain an account on the bs8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bs8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place bets on the platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. False or misleading registration information will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be the registered holder of the mobile number and payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other) you use to deposit and withdraw funds on bs8. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bs8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through bs8 or any other gaming operator to which bs8 recognises and respects self-exclusion commitments.

bs8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Documents may include a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

bs8 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bs8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Any fees charged by the payment service provider itself are the player's responsibility and are not within bs8's control.

All withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification and anti-money laundering checks in accordance with bs8's compliance procedures. bs8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically and operationally possible.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the bs8 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. bs8 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the name on your payment account must match the name registered on your bs8 account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any required verification checks. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or where additional verification is required may take longer.
• bs8 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current applicable limits are displayed within your account settings at all times.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal as cash. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

bs8 does not permit the use of the platform as a money transfer service. Any player found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity may have their account suspended and funds withheld pending investigation. bs8 operates strict anti-money laundering procedures and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bs8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other activity that is in violation of applicable law.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the bs8 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the bs8 platform.
• Exploitation of any technical errors, software glitches, or system vulnerabilities discovered on the platform for personal gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bs8 customer support staff or other users of the platform.
• Registration of multiple accounts, or the use of another individual's account, regardless of whether that individual has consented.

bs8 employs real-time transaction monitoring and game integrity checking systems. Accounts flagged by these systems for suspicious activity will be placed under review, during which time access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be temporarily restricted. Players whose accounts are under review will be notified via their registered contact details.

bs8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bs8 will notify active players via a notice posted on the platform or via their registered contact details. Where an account is closed due to a breach, bs8 may withhold some or all of the account balance at its discretion.
